The data source comprises: personal registers of the faculty developers during the study group about competencies; audio and video recordings of the workshops offered to faculty; registers of the counselling sessions for defining and writing the competencies of the programs. We concluded that the process goes through: adoption and appropriation of a unique competency concept across the institution and by faculty developers; and, for its effectiveness, adoption of a Collaborative Curriculum Building Approach in Higher Education.</p> D.
